Our new crop of New Mexico grown sun-dried chile pods is harvested and ready to ship.  This five pound package (1 bushel) comes with stems, seeds, and is loaded with vitamin C.  This quantity will last you a while and will happily satisfy your hungry family and friends. This irresistibly delicious red chile sauce is amazing in or on tamales, red chile enchiladas, in your posole, or made into carne adovada.  Enjoy!

The pods can stay in the box or can be placed in the freezer to ensure freshness. Chile pods are sensitive to hot, humid weather.  They will mold, so make sure they have plenty of fresh air and a dry environment. The freezer is the best place for chile pods.  Remember mice, rodents and bugs are as crazy about chile as you are. Please make sure it is put your chile out of their reach.
