Our natural edible ristras are individually hand-crafted using New Mexico Sandia Hot sun-dried chile. They are a beautiful decoration for any stlyle of home and will warmly welcome your visitors with the traditional New Mexico symbol of hospitality.  These edible ristras can be made into that luscious red chile sauce. Simply push the corn husk topper up, untie as many pods as you need for your chile sauce, push the topper back into place and continue enjoying your ristra until you've eaten all up!
