The best red chile
Yeah, it's the best. I'm not from NM, but I have been going to New Mexico regularly for 30 years, and have tried green and red chile from around the state. I have settled on Sichler's and no other. It's the most flavorful, the freshest, and just the best. Ordering another batch for the long winter up here in the upper Midwest (where mild store-bought salsa is considered "too spicy" by most) so that we can get through the cold & snow.

Red Chile Products
All your red chile products in powder or pod form are superior tasting to any other in my experience. Even as a child, my mother who had tasted and cooked chile from all over New Mexico would always go to Sichler farm to get her red chile. It is delicious, better than red chile from any other region of New Mexico that I have tasted. I am so glad I am able to order this on-line wherever I live.

This is the real deal
Took us a couple years to burn through the powders we bought in 2018, but just placed another order. Hot is most definitely H.O.T! Kids can't eat it, but the adults love it. Shipping is extremely high, which is my only complaint. $26 for 3lbs of powder is a bit much. $12 in a priority mail flat rate box is more than acceptable. But for a known product, I succumbed to the shipping.
Best in town
Truly the best chile in town. Both the red and green are superb. I get the extra hot because we like it spicy, but what makes this chile great is the flavors underneath the heat. Whenever friends and family come over and eat this chile, they ask where we got it and inevitably become Sichler converts.
